The food was good, no complaints about the food. It was a bit pricey. And I didn't like the fact that they wanted the tip before receiving the food (because you pay before receiving). I'm Canadian, so I know it's an unusual practice here in the U.S., they either force you to tip (in the price) or make a big deal if you don't. I tip based on food and experience. Also, their machine didn't allow custom tips either, the lowest tip was 20% which is high even for the lowest. Anyway, other than price and tip, everything was good. Beef fajita was cooked Mexican style, very delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ El Tacoriendo – Columbus, OH Tacoriendo Ever have a dinner plan fall through, only to find something even better by accident? That’s exactly how I ended up here. My go-to Thai place was closed (my heart was set on pork belly fried rice), so I pivoted—and honestly, I’m glad I did. This was only my second time at El Tacoriendo, and it was a 4/4 taco win. I tried: Asada – tender and smoky, almost buttery in a warm corn tortilla Suadero – juicy and rich without being greasy Cecina – salty-savory in the best way Barbacoa – soft, shredded, and perfect with a squeeze of lime Everything came loaded with fresh cilantro, onion, grilled onions, and crisp cucumber slices on the side. The green salsa was mellow, the red had a little kick, but honestly, the meat didn’t need any help. Even after not eating all day, two tacos filled me up—these portions are no joke. The menu has so many proteins you don’t see everywhere: beef tongue, tripe, buche, chorizo. After today, I’m open to trying all the unique ones next time. If you’re the adventurous type, this is your playground. Outside the building looks like the kind of spot you'd second-guess after dark--like pulling up to a Linden carryout when the streetlights flicker--but trust me, If you judge a taco by the tortilla (and honestly, you should), this place is worth checking out. Inside feels relaxed and colorful—painted chairs, bright walls, and no pressure. You’re just here to eat good food. I’d bring y’all with me if I could—because this is the kind of spot that’s easy to love. What’s the most unique taco filling you’ve tried? Or which one would you pick first? Drop your favorites below! 5/5 – Come hungry, leave happy, and maybe a little curious about what you’ll order next.

This is a great hole in the wall taco joint. Serving much more than taco, including their “Mexican soup” on weekdays. You can enjoy a full meal here.

I gave this place 4 stars just to be polite. The service they provided was very good they are very attentive to customers. The food is not so good in my opinion. I ordered a Bistek Ranchero and chips and salsa (The Chips and salsa are not free they charged me $7.27 for them) The salsa was not homemade it's store bought it tasted like Rotel. My bistek ranchero meat was over cooked and the beans and rice did not taste fresh. Everything tasted like it was from the day before nothing was fresh. Also the a/c was off so it was hot in there. I wish this restaurant the best their customer service is very good they just need to work more on their food. Finally don't charge for Chips every good mexican restaurant offers complimentary Chips and HOMEMADE salsa.

The tacos here were phenomenal. From clearly fresh ingredients to that authentic grilled taste on the steak, this place makes some amazing Mexican food. Can't wait to go back!

This place is a hidden gem. Authentic Mexican flavors, all the things we tried were delicious. Gorditas, tacos and the chilaquiles with Carne asada just on point. I just wish they open earlier in the morning to have breakfast there. Service is fast and friendly.

Food was absolutely delicious as well as the margarita! The business does look a little shady when approaching but I think it’s because of the attached drive thru and constant traffic, but we still gave it a shot! Not much seating inside but they are never busy. We didn’t get the customer oriented vibe when we came. The women behind the counter/checkout didn’t seem to pay much mind to the customers only when you ordered. Not once was we checked on. Regardless I would order takeout and come back to try another dish! Definitely a legit example of a hole in the wall. But good food!
